A rule moved the wrong file
Open the dashboard, find it in the log, and undo. Then tighten the rule (filename, extension, whatever missed) and issue it again.
The app cannot see a folder
RuleThemAll only uses folders you approve. If access expired, reconnect the folder from the rule editor or Settings. macOS may also prompt again after an app update.
Restore Pro purchases
In Settings, use Restore Purchases. Subscriptions and lifetime unlocks are managed by your Apple ID on the Mac App Store.
